Haha. But I can't figure out what she's doing.
She was an assistant on a photo shoot for a Bridal magazine. After the shoot, she grabbed the balloons and shoved her face between the string. Then...she ran around acting like a spaz and someone snapped this picture.
I think that she was punchy from being overworked.
