Hmm that looks like it could be a Mccoy or a Roseville based on the colors. Trust me whe I say I KNOW pottery thanks to my mother's rat packing collection of it.. as in over 250 boxes of various old pottery when she moved lol.

I like the first picture the best.
Wierdly I was thinking I need a dish for my watch (I can't get my rings off) this morning.

I have a little pink dish, in the shape of a leaf, that I always leave my rings in on my kitchen window-sill. It belonged to my Grandmother and is very old, but it has no chips and is really gorgeous!
Actually, it is far too nice just to be stuck in the kitchen, so I think that I'll put it in my bedroom, and use an old saucer instead!
I do have some very pretty odd saucers lying around!

What a great idea! I have an empty window sill that I have no idea what to do with.

Love the vintage dish. Nice picture!

I totally missed Speaking from the crib podcast yesterday! I was sooo mad!

Isn't it nice how the most simple things make us happy, and bring us joy?!

I love that dish! And I love the fact that it's on a windowsill.

Have you thought about photography as your next career? Seriously. Your pictures are beautiful. Just beautiful.

By the way, years ago, my Dad gave me a wooden carving of a hand giving "the finger" as a joke, because I was dealing with a really tough boss. I use that to put my rings on. Not nearly as nice as your gorgeous dish.

Cheers!

I have a little dish for my rings, too---but it's in my bedroom on my nightstand. Maybe I need one by the sink, too.

What a clever idea... I am always putting my rings on the kitchen counter. My husband always yells at me.
