28 Days of Happiness :: 13

Photobucket

Collecting rocks

Griffin collects rocks. Sometimes he throws them into the woods. Other times, he lines them up on our porch railing.
The most special rocks find a home on a log in our front yard.

I love his little collection.

Great picture - I love your 28 days of Happiness. I'm doing a year's worth - based on a book. I talk about it on Mondays. Glad I found you!

This is precious. I love rocks and have a few special ones scattered through my house.
Blessings, andrea

I never collected them as a kid, but I did like pretending they were baseballs. I would throw them up and hit them with an old bat. Unfortunately, they would sometimes find a neighbor's window.

Oh the memories of the old lady next door coming out and yelling at me.

I love kid collections, often they only make sense to them.

henry used to do the exact same thing - now our rocks are under 3 feet of snow - missing the rocks :)
