The Happiness Project :: Week 22

Photobucket

My dad has a beautiful Easter Lily vine in his garden
that is blooming right now...while he is out of town.
Since I know that he hates to miss the flowers blooming,
it makes me happy to photograph it for him while he is gone.

Easter Lilies are my favorite. I don't have a picture for today, just admiring all the others out there.

Lillies remind me of death. But they're still pretty. Also my favorite is daisies, and they remind me of dog breath.

My husband is a photographer and loves to take shots of flowers in the desert. In some ways a photographed flower is better then a real one . . . it never dies.
