kindred

The assignment over at You Capture was Kindred.
I couldn't help myself from using just one more photo of the fall foliage.
When I see the contrast of colors in nature
it becomes very obvious to me how kindred all of nature is to one another.

The fall leaves live in a vibrant connection.
Where the red ones pop next green ones...
orange ones might pop with the background of a bright blue sky.

As if an artist took a paintbrush and scattered the colors
that were meant to compliment each other all around us.
You can't get more kindred than that.

Such depth! Beautiful! I took a weekend away in October...to the southern part of my state. The folliage there was starting to turn and the colors were just magnificent in the hills. I have some amazing shots that I will be matting and framing. Some of my most favorite of all photos that I've taken. I'm looking forward to finding the perfect spot to hang them for year round enjoyment.
