Taking the kids to Fernbank Museum of Natural History.
We packed up the car and
drove into Atlanta
to have a little fun.
Koen was really impressed with all the "dragon" bones
and the room full of "dragon" statues.
It was one of those magical days
where the children were completely engaged
in their surroundings.
They peeked in every little microscopic display
that the museum had to offer.
They climbed pretend trees
and stomped over draw bridges.
They crouched down and searched
secret hiding places
and screamed and shouted with excitement
when they located small plastic woodland creatures.
They stuck their little noses
up to every little display that the
was laid out before them.

Looks like a fun place to visit! :)
Those amazing photos show the delight kiddos have in exploring the world around them. Fernbank play area is obviously designed to invite hands-on exploration!
What an awesome place!!! I can see why this would make your happiness list. I would love it if we had a place like that here.
