LOVED this one, Leigh! You have such great discussions going on over there and it's seriously soup for my Mama soul. :)
p.s. I have been in both the working mom and stay at home mom positions as well as the part-time employed while having young ones at home. I think happiness can be found in each--but none are easy. Parenting isn't easy--and I don't think it's supposed to be. But it IS supposed to be worth it which I think we can all probably say it is! :)
